Your First Massage
It is recommended to shower before your massage. We also suggest avoiding a large meal or excessive drinks immediately before your appointment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork. Before your treatment begins, your therapist will take a few minutes to discuss how you are feeling, understand your needs, and determine the most appropriate massage techniques for your comfort and wellness.
Your therapist will then guide you to the massage room and provide you with privacy to undress to your preferred level of comfort and get onto the massage table. You will remain comfortably draped with a sheet and blanket throughout the session, with only the area being treated uncovered at any time. Your therapist will always respect your privacy and comfort. After your massage, the therapist will step out while you get dressed.
